摘    要:利用顶空-气相色谱/质谱法分析了不同温度下典型电加热新型卷烟烟草材料和传统卷烟烟丝的挥发性成分。结果表明:1新型卷烟烟草材料和传统卷烟在不同温度段检测到的挥发性成分的数量不同;在200℃检测到的烟气挥发性成分最多,分别为67和82种。2检测到的挥发性成分主要为甲酸、乙酸、羟基丙酮、丙二醇、吡啶、糠醛、3-甲基戊酸、2,5-二甲基吡嗪、2(5H)-呋喃酮、甘油、烟碱等。其中新型卷烟烟气中甘油、丙二醇的释放量远远高于传统卷烟,传统卷烟烟气中挥发性吡嗪和呋喃酮类的释放量相对较高。3新型卷烟烟草材料典型挥发性成分的释放量随温度的升高先增大后减小,部分成分的释放量在120℃达到最大,部分成分在150℃达到最大。

Abstract:The volatile components in tobacco material of typical electric heating type cigarette and cut filler in traditional cigarette released at different temperatures were analyzed by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS). The results showed that: 1) The numbers of detectable volatile components released from tobacco material of novel cigarette and traditional cigarette differed and reached their maxima 67 and 82, respectively, at 200 ℃. 2) The main detected volatile components included formic acid, acetic acid, hydroxyacetone, propylene glycol, pyridine, furfural, 3-methylvaleric acid, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, 2(5H)-furanone, glycerol, nicotine. The novel cigarette released much more glycerol and propylene glycol than did traditional cigarette, while traditional cigarette released more volatile pyrazines and furanones. 3)The typical volatile components released by novel cigarette increased first then decreased with the rise of temperature, some of them peaked at 120 ℃ and some at 150 ℃.
