管道防腐层阴极剥离试验方法的探究

为了确保长距离油气输送管道的使用寿命及安全，对管道防腐层阴极剥离性能进行了研究，总结了国内外管道防腐层（主要是环氧粉末和聚乙烯涂层）阴极剥离性能的试验方法（粘接电解槽方法），及其在试验装置、试验过程以及试验结果处理等方面的主要特点，并通过实际应用的比对分析，指出目前多个国家或地区常用的阴极剥离试验方法存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方法。最后建议制定管道防腐层阴极剥离试验的国家试验标准，以规范试验装置和试验过程，提高试验精密度，保证防腐涂层质量。

Exploration on Cathodic Delamination Test Method of Pipeline Anticorrosion Coating

The cathodic delamination test methods(bond electrolyzer method) of domestic and international pipeline anticorrosion coating (which was mainly epoxy powder and polyethylene coating ) were summarized, characteristics of testing equipment, test procedures and result processing were enumerated. Combined comparative analysis of practical application, solution to the problems of cathodic delamination test methods in some countries and regions were pointed out. It was suggested that the national standard of cathodic delamination test methods of pipeline anticorrosion coating should be work out to regulate testing equipment and test procedures, improve test precision and ensure quality of anticorrosion coating.
