摘    要:本文在传统λ/4阶梯阻抗谐振器的基础上,提出了一种新型的宽带双频滤波器改进设计方案。改进的滤波器增加了传输零点,此传输零点能有效的改进通带的选择性和阻带特性,且上阻带带宽很宽。结构简单,在传统类似滤波器同谐振频率基础上有效缩小了尺寸,并且设计的滤波器通带的中心频率和带宽是完全独立可控,方便我们应用到实际。工作在4.1 GHz和6 GHz两个频段,3 dB相对带宽分别为7.2%和2.2%,实测和仿真吻合良好。

Abstract:Based on traditional quarter wavelength step impedance resonator, a modifeid scheme of broadband dual-frequency filter is proposed.This modified filter,with transmission zero added, could effectively improve the band-pass selectivity and band-notched characteristic,and with wider upper stopband and simple construction, is effectively diminished in size as compared with traditional filter at the same resonate frequency. Meanwhile, the designed center frequency and bandwidth of filter transmission band are completely independent and controllable, and therefore it is convenient to practical use.The relative bandwidths of 3dB are 7.2% and 2.2%, and could be applied to 4.1GHz and 6GHz respectively.Simulation result is fairly identical with actual measurement.
