碳纤维布预应力施加设备研究与应用

摘    要:为了使碳纤维布的高强性能得以充分发挥,使其更加高效地应用于加固领域中,通过与现有碳纤维布预应力施加方式和张拉设备进行对比,提出了一套新型的适用于试验室用的碳纤维布预应力施加设备,并利用该设备进行了预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究.结果表明,预应力碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土梁比普通碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土梁在承载力等方面均有显著提高,该设备加固效果较好,可进一步深入研究并应用于实际工程中.

Abstract:In order to fully explore the high strength properties of carbon fiber reinforced polymer CFRP and make it be efficiently applied in the reinforcement field, a new CFRP prestressed equipment suitable for the laboratory usage was designed through the comparison with the existing CFRP prestress applying ways and tensioning equipment. In addition, the experimental research on the reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP was conducted with the designed equipment. The results show that the reinforced concrete beam strengthened with prestressed CFRP gets significantly improved in such aspects as the bearing capacity compared with that strengthened with ordinary CFRP. The designed equipment has good reinforcement effect, and can be further studied and applied to the practical engineering.
