飞来峡水利枢纽库区纳污能力及限制排污总量研究

摘    要:根据飞来峡水利枢纽库区现状水质及污染概况,以COD、NH_3-N、TP、TN为污染物指标,选取合适的计算模型,计算了90%保证率、50%保证率最枯月及多年平均入库流量三种水文条件下的水域纳污能力;并以确保飞来峡库区达标指标维持现状且超标指标逐步得到改善的原则下,核定了2020年及2030年飞来峡水库的限制排污控制总量。其成果可为飞来峡库区水资源保护管理决策提供参考。

Abstract:In accordance with the status of the water quality and the general pollution condition of the reservoir area of Feilaixia Water Control Project, the permissible pollution bearing capacities of the water body under the three hydrological conditions, i.e. the guarantee rate of 90% of the most dry month, the guarantee rate of 50% of the most dry month and the yearly mean inflow, are calculated by taking COD, NH3-N,TP,TN as the pollutant indexes and adopting appropriate calculation model, and then the control gross quantities for the limitation of the pollutant discharges in 2020 and 2030 are checked and decided under the principle of ensuring the reservoir area to meet the standards for the indexes and maintain the status quo, meanwhile, the over-standard indexes are to be gradually improved. The study result can provide a reference for the decision-making of the water resources protection and management of the reservoir area concerned.
