钢质管道防腐用聚乙烯拉伸性能研究

摘    要:为了提高钢质管道的防腐质量,对管道防腐用聚乙烯材料的拉伸性能进行了研究。介绍了国标中常用防腐材料拉伸试样类型及取值方法。对比分析了不同标准中不同类型拉伸试样的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、拉伸屈服应力等参数。结果表明,不同试样类型拉伸数据存在一定差异,对于同种材料同样厚度来说,5A型原材料压塑试样断裂标称应变数据比1B和1BA型原材料压塑试样偏小约22%,而1B/1BA/IV型原材料压塑试样结果较为接近,1B涂层轴向试样比1BA涂层轴向试样更容易发生肩部断裂,但1B和1BA涂层的周向试样极少发生肩部断裂。最后对即将实施的GB/T 23257—2017防腐标准中的拉伸性能技术参数的定义提出了建议。

Abstract:In order to enhance anti-corrosion quality of steel pipe, tensile property of polyethylene for anti-corrosion was researched. The tensile sample types and sampling methods of anti-corrosion materials in national standard were introduced. The elongation at break, tensile strength and yield strength of different tensile samples in different standards were compared and analyzed. The results showed that tensile data of different tensile samples had some differences, for the samples with same material and thickness, the data of nominal tensile strain at break of 5A raw material plastic pressure sample was about 20 percent smaller than 1B and 1BA raw material plastic pressure sample, the data of nominal tensile strain at break of 1B, 1BA and IV were similar; 1B coating axial sample was easy to occur shoulder fracture than 1BA coating axial sample, but 1B and 1BA coating circumferential samples occurred shoulder fracture rarely. Finally, the suggestions to definition of tensile property technical parameters in upcoming? GB/T 23257—2014 national anti-corrosion standard were given.
