A New Method of Automatic Mesh Generation of Finite-Element of 3D Eddy Current Field

This paper introduces a new method of automatic mesh generation of finite-element which is used for calculating large transformer 3D eddy current field. The systematic procedure that moves some vertices of the octants near the boundary onto the surface of the solid model is put forward, which is used to realize automatic mesh generation of arbitrary multi-medium and multi-continuous polyhedron. Then a practical example is given.
