压缩空气动力发动机配气机构的研究

摘    要:分析了气动发动机配气机构的特点,提出配气相位的设定必须考虑选择合适的膨胀率,以保证发动机动力性与工作效率的协调。对高压进气方式下配气机构的结构进行了研究,提出了两种能满足要求的结构形式,台架试验证明两种形式均能使气动发动机正常工作,其中气门外开式结构具有突出的优点,能更好地满足气动发动机的工作要求。

Abstract:The valve train system of compressed air powered engine (CAPE) was studied. It is proposed that an appropriate expansion ratio should be selected to balance the requirements of nice output power and high efficiency in designing the timing regulation of the valve train system. Considering the high-pressure inlet air, two schemes of valve train system structure that fit the operating feature were presented. Further more, a bench-test was carried out with a CAPE that equipped with the two different kinds of valve train systems respectively. The results show that though the two systems can all drive the engine working smoothly, the one with outward-opening inlet-valve works much better because of its outstanding features.
