纳米硫酸钡悬浮液的分散性研究

摘    要:针对纳米硫酸钡粒径小、比表面积大、易团聚的特点,研究了纳米硫酸钡在液体介质中的分散行为。考察了pH、分散剂种类、分散剂用量、分散介质、超声时间等因素对纳米硫酸钡分散效果的影响。确定了纳米硫酸钡的最佳分散条件,即以水为液体介质、pH为10、加入5%(质量分数)聚丙烯酸钠、超声分散15 min时,纳米硫酸钡的沉降高度为8.9 cm、粒径为61.79 nm、电位为-38.6 mV;或以二甲基亚砜为液体介质、pH为7、超声分散15 min时,纳米硫酸钡的沉降高度为9.7 cm、粒径为89.4 nm、电位为22.3 mV,从而达到较好的分散效果。

Abstract:Nano-sized barium sulfate has a small particle size,large specific surface area,and is easy to aggregate.So the dispersion behavior of nano-sized barium sulfate in liquid medium has been studied.The influence of pH,dispersant type, dosage of dispersing agent,dispersing medium,and ultrasonic time on the dispersing effect of nano-sized barium sulfate has been investigated.Thus the best dispersion conditions of nano-sized barium sulfate have been determined.Namely,using water as the liquid medium,pH=10,mass fraction of polyacrylic acid sodium is 5%,ultrasonic time is 15 min,the sedimentation height of nano-sized barium sulfate is 8.9 cm,the diameter is 61.79 nm,and the zeta value is -38.6 mV;or using dimethyl sulfoxide as the liquid medium,pH=7,ultrasonic time is 15 min,the precipitation height of the nano-sized barium sulfate is 9.7 cm,the diameter is 89.4 nm,and the zeta value is 22.3 mV.Under those conditions a good dispersion effect can be achieved.
