| 摘 要： | 论述了制造业在国家现代化建设中的重要地位和作用。结合我国制造业的实际情况,提出了中国实现现代化的关键是建设制造强国。分析了建设制造强国的根本在于技术创新,并从战略与体制上论述了如何建设制造强国。

| Abstract: | The important status and role of the manufacturing industry in the national modernization development are discussed. The main factor to develop a big engineering country is proposed according to the reality of China. It is also analyzed that its development base is the innovating of technology, and how to realize it from point of strategy and system. |
