| 摘 要： | 对多层住宅地基不均匀沉降产生的原因从勘察、设计、施工三个方面进行简单的分析，并结合砌体结构的形式以及在上述方面中存在的一些问题，提出了应采取的预防和改进措施，有效地预防和控制不均匀沉降的产生。
