| 摘 要： | 简要阐述图像处理技术检测食品粉体物料粒度的基本原理和处理过程,并对检测的结果进行分析,结果表明运用图像处理技术进行粒度检测,测定分布状态直观明了,检测速度快,结果稳定可靠.

| Abstract: | The basic principle and processing course of mensuration of the grain size of food powder using image processing technology are described briefly.The result of inspection was analysed and it showed that this method of micro-image inspection of grain size could determine grain distribution clearly and directly and the result of inspection was speedy and stable. |
