摘    要:分析了低渗透气田气层对水泥浆性能的要求和水泥浆抗气窜水泥浆体系。对该水泥 本系从宏观到微观,从水泥浆性质到水泥石特性进行了试验。结果表明,GJ-1水泥外加剂调整了水泥石内部的微观结构,提高了水泥石的韧性和抗冲击性;低失水量降低了水泥浆对产层的污染性;该水泥浆体系具有塑性胶乳特性,可使水泥浆具有良好的束缚自由水和固相微粒的能力和提高界面胶结的能力,在低失水量条件下具有形成致蜜坚韧的胶膜的特性,使水泥浆在候期间具有较强的防止地层流体窜入环空的作用,降低了水泥石的弹性系数,改善了水泥石的抗冲击韧性,提高了气层的封固质量,能防止油气水容,保护油气层。

Abstract:As a system used in plugging gas reservoir, GJ-1 cement slurry for gas reservoir protection has been developed based on analyzing the requirement of the cement slurry in lowpermeable gas field and the mechanism of the cement slurrypreventing gas channeling,as well as the interaction of the cement slurry additives. The properties of cement slurry and cement stone are tested from macroscopic to microcosmic and the results show that the inner microcosmic structure of cement slurry stone has been adjusted by cement additives; tenacity and impact resistance of cement stone have been improved; degree of cement slurry polluting producing pay has been reduced because of the low filtrate, etc. . The cement slurry has the characteristics of plastic latex and has good abilities of irreducible free water, solid fine particle and improving interfacial cementation, meanwhile, compact strong gel film can be formed in low filtrate condition so that the cement slurry has quite act of preventing formation fluid channel into annular space in curing time and reduce the plastic factor of the cement slurry. Because of these reasons, the cementing quality of gas layer has been improved, oil, gas and water channeling have been prevented and reservoir has been protected.
