摘    要:通过对HRB335热轧带肋钢筋出现连续屈服强度预警情况进行各工艺参数的分析,认为导致连续屈服强度预警主要因素是钢水中Mn含量超过控制范围,对钢水化学成分进行调整控制,解决了屈服强度预警问题。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the process parameters of HRB335 hot rolled ribbed steel bars for the yield strength of warning, Mn content in molten steel over control is the main factor, through the adjustment of chemical composition of molten steel, so as to solve the problem of early warning of yield strength.
