| 摘 要： | 针对八钢265mz烧结机台车出现炉篦条大面积脱落的问题，研究了国内现有台车、隔热件以及炉篦条的结构，采取重新设计炉篦条的结构尺寸和台车隔热件装配结构以及改善工艺操作等措施，解决了炉篦条脱落的问题。烧结机台车运行故障率明显降低。

| Abstract: | According to 265 m2 sintering machine of Bayi Steel trolley grate bars appear large area off problem, research of the existing domestic car, insulation and grate bar structure, take the redesign of grate bar structure size and trolley in- sulation assembly structure and improving the process operation and other measures, and solves the problem that the grate bar off problem. Sintering machine trolley operation fault rate is reduced apparently, achieved good economic benefits. |
