摘    要:以间三氟甲基苯胺为起始原料,经重氮化反应和改进的Meerwein芳基化反应,制得1-[3-(三氟甲基)苯基]-2-丙酮。对反应条件进行了优化,在优化条件下的总收率可达90%。

Abstract:A novel method was developed for the synthesis of 1-[3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl]-2-propanone from m-trifluoromethylaniline by means of the diazotization reaction and an improved Meerwein arylation reaction under mild conditions.The reaction conditions were studied in detail.Under optimized conditions,the total yield could reach 90%.
