漏磁的磁记忆检测技术

摘    要:基于漏磁检测的磁记忆检测仪由RC网络和运算放大器组成的有源滤波器、磁敏传感器、探头、信号处理电路、显示及键控装置、CPU系统等组成.该检测仪可检测疲劳构件表面应力分布、焊缝、设备和工件.以某电厂再热管对接焊缝的检测为例,对被测对象进行编号,对仪器进行规一化处理、检测焊缝,测到应力集中部位作好标记.然后对标记部位重点复查、跟踪监控.

Abstract:Magnetic-memory test (MMT) instrument of leaking magnetic field bases on leaking magnetic test consists of the source filter formed with RC network and calculating enlarger, magnetic sensitive sensor, probe, signal handles electric circuit, display and key-control device, CPU etc. The MMT is used in testing the distribution of surface stress of tired component, welding line, equipment and work-piece. Taking test of abutment welding line of reheating pipes for a power plant, at first, tested object was numbered list, the MMT was unified. The welding line was tested, and the position of centralizing surface stress was marked. Finally, the marked position was retested, tracked monitoring.
