浅析高校体育管理内容与机构

当前随着高校体育改革的不断深化。体育管理的探讨和研究也越来越被广大体育工作者所重视。向管理要质量，也同样反应在学校体育工作上。近几年来，学校体育工作在改革进程中取得了可喜的成绩，但也存在着不少问题。其中管理就是一个比较突出的问题。在管理上套用了僵化的模式，没有把几十年的传统经验上升到现代化的科学管理，使学校体育与高等教育发展和体育运动的发展不相适应，也与广大学生对体育的要求不相适应，所以要通过管理的科举化来促进高等体育学校体育的发展。本文就高校体育管理的内容与机构进行一些理论上的探讨。
