基于通用运动学的BC型双转台五轴数控机床后置处理

摘    要:为充分挖掘数控机床的加工潜能,针对BC型双转台五轴数控机床坐标关系,建立其运动学模型,并经逆向运动学求解,推导出该型机床后置处理的转角计算公式和坐标转换计算公式。为进一步提高该型机床加工精度,在分析转角变化情况后,提出了避免突变的处理方法。针对采用线性插补法加工产生误差较大的问题,提出了采用球面插补法进行加工和计算,并根据推导结果,开发了基于UG的后置处理程序。经试验验证,该后置处理程序能满足使用要求。

Abstract:In order to fully tap the potential capacity of the CNC machines,according to the coordinate relations of the five-axis CNC machines with BC Type dual rotary table, this essay manages to build the general kinematics model, and after the operating of inverse kinematics, it infers the formulas for computing rotary angle and coordinate transformation for the post processing of this kind of machines. In order to further increase the machining precision of five-axis CNC machines with BC Type dual rotary table, after analyzing the change of the angle, the essay presents the handling method to avoid the mu- tation. On the issue of big error from the processing production with the linear interpolation method, the essay proposes to use the spherical interpolation method, and presents its calculating method. According to the deduction, it develops the post-processor based on UG, which proves to meet the requirement after the experimental verification.
