摘    要:道岔清筛机用来清筛铁路道岔处或线路道床中的道碴。清筛机挖掘机构下降导槽(以下简称下降导槽)的作用十分重要,直接影响到挖掘机构能否正常工作。本文以下降导槽为研究对象,通过在三维软件Solid Edge中建立其简化模型,导入到大型通用有限元软件ANSYS中,对下降导槽展开工况进行静力分析,考察其刚度和强度是否满足设计要求,得出其在局部区域存在刚度和强度不足的结论,并提出了有针对性的改进措施,为清筛机挖掘机构、类似机构及产品的设计和分析提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:The paper uses cleaning machine excavate mechanism down guide groove for the study. Establishing the sim- plified mode of down guide groove in 3D software Solid Edge investigates whether its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements. The static analysis carried out in the launch condition after imported it into the finite element software AN- SYS, the conclusion is the clown guide groove has the strength and stiffness insufficient problem in the local area , so the pa- per puts forward some improving measures and provides an effective method for design and analysis of cleaning machine ex- cavate' mechanism and similar institutions.
