陡河发电厂气力输灰系统改造技术探讨

摘    要:大唐国际发电股份有限公司陡河发电厂3号机组1×250 MW发电机组电除尘器于1997年9月投产,并在2007年6月改造为正压浓相气力输灰系统,投入后出现诸多问题,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。2007年至2012年对3号炉气力输灰系统进行多次技术改造,效果不是很好。2012年利用电除尘增容改造的契机,对3号炉气力输灰系统仓泵配置、仓泵流化系统、管道配置等进行了全面改造。文章针对气力输灰系统在该厂改造前后的设计、运行进行阐述和对比分析,3号炉气力输灰系统改造后运行稳定,对其他电厂气力输灰系统改造有一定的借鉴作用。

Analysis on Pneumatic Conveyance Ash System Transformation in Positive Pressure Dense Phase

Abstract:The electrostatic precipitator in Datang International Power Generation Co. Ltd. Douhe Power Plant 1 × 250 MW unit was put into operation in September 1997,and in June 2007 the positive pressure dense phase pneu- matic ash conveying system was selected in the transformation. Since the system was put into use, there were still many problems. From 2007 to 2012 several technical improvement were carried out for pneumatic ash conveying sys- tem, but the effect was not very good. To take the opportunity of capacity increment modification for electrostatic pre- cipitator, overall transformation of pneumatic ash conveying system was performed in No3 boiler,including pump con- figuration, pump flow system, pipeline configuration. This paper described and compared the design and operation of pneumatic ash conveying system before and after transformation. Result shows the operation of the system after recon- struction is steady, at the same time, this paper also has something for reference for other power plant in implementing transformation of pneumatic ash conveying system.
