基于上海花园住宅特点的节能措施研究

历史建筑中的花园住宅是既有居住建筑的特殊形式,因其特殊的历史、文化、科学价值和保护要求,其节能与一般的既有居住建筑节能存在较大区别。本文针对花园住宅的特点,分析花园住宅总体环境及建筑单体特点,挖掘花园住宅的节能潜力,在充分发挥花园住宅节能优势的前提下,结合保护修缮提出适用于花园住宅的节能措施。

Study of Energy Conservation Measures Based on the Features of Garden Mansions in Shanghai

Garden mansions constitute a special format of the existing residential buildings. As pertaining to the scope of historical construction, such mansions should he distinguished from other normal residential buildings in regard to energy conservation due to its unusual historical, cultural and scientific value and protection requirements. Depending upon the attributes of garden mansions, this article inspects the overall and individual features of such mansions as well as the latent opportunities for energy conservation, and further recommends appropriate energy-saving measures that conform to the protection and renovation standards concerning such mansions.
