Practice and experience of supervision of Longjiang Hydropower Station

Supervising department of Longjiang Hydropower Station has played an important role in control of project quality, construction schedule and investment, as well as management of contract and information, safety of construction and coordination. Based on the contract, the roles of project owner, designer, supervisor and constructor had brought into full play that contributed to the realization of objectives in each phase of dam construction.
