| 摘 要： | 齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂新上汽油在线优化调合系统,采用先进的在线优化调合软件,近红外分析仪、总硫分析仪等在线分析仪表,DCS先进控制系统。投用后,提高了一次调合合格率,降低了能耗,减少了重整汽油等高附加值产品的消耗,增加了企业效益。

| Abstract: | A on-line gasoline blending and optimization system was recently put into operation in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co.,SINOPEC.This system adopts advanced on-line blending and optimization software,on-line analysis instruments such as near infrared analyzer and total sulfur analyzer,as well as DCS advanced control system.After it was put into operation,the qualified ratio of one-pass blending was increased,energy consumption was decreased,the consumption of such high value-added products as reforming gasoline was also decreased,and the enterprise profits were increased. |
