| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了铝箔轧机过程控制系统 (系统 )中的关于液压缸控制的机架控制系统 ,主要分析了其中的轧制力控制、辊缝控制、厚度计控制。这几种控制都是通过 MSC和 ALC板实现的闭环控制 ,是控制带材厚度的主要手段 ,并给出轧制力控制基准、辊缝控制基准和 GMTR控制基准 ,介绍了开合辊缝以及清零等控制 ,分析和计算了轧机清零的零位偏置。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces aluminum mill stand control system with cylinder device.It mainly includes load control,gap control and gaugemeter control that are closed loop control.They can be completed using MSC and ALC and they are the main means of controlling strip thickness.And the load target,gap target and GMTR target are accurately presented.The open and close gap as well as the zero are introduced;zero offest of mill zeroing is analyzed and calculated. |
