| 摘 要： | 做好对CAD电子文件的归档管理工作,已成为设计单位和很多行业的业务部门所关心的问题。通过分析CAD电子文件的特点、目前对CAD电子文件的管理情况及存在的问题,提出了加强CAD电子文件管理的方案。具体阐述了明确有关部门的职责、加强前端控制、制订CAD电子文件命名规则、共享和备份制度等措施的内容。

| Abstract: | Good administration of CAD electronic files is now greatly concerned by design entities and business departments.Based on analysis of CAD file features and questions on their admi-nistration,proposals are made for enhancing the work to that effect,with illustration to clarify the responsibility of the related departments,intensify the front end control,make rules for naming CAD files and take specific measures for sharing,backup,etc. |
