聚丙烯复合材料气味吸附剂的研究

摘    要:针对车用聚丙烯复合材料的气味物质种类,筛选气味吸附剂,并考察吸附机理。研究发现,硅藻土、A1、A2、PY88能吸收甲醛气味;活性氧化物能消除丙酮气味;A2能吸收乙酸乙酯气味,气味分子直径与吸附剂孔径越接近吸收活性越高。

Abstract:The adsorption mechanism of odour absorb agent in polypropylene composites was investigated. The research indicated that diatomaceous earth, A1, A2, PY88 can absorb formaldehyde odor; active oxide to eliminate the odor of acetone ; A2 can absorb molecules of ethyl acetate odor. The more closer of odor molecules with the pore diameter of adsorb agent , the higher absorption activity.
