摘    要:针对青海油田中浅层细粉砂岩油藏开采过程中严重出砂的问题,提出了应用新型改性呋喃树脂固砂剂的3种配套防砂工艺,直接固砂工艺,压裂固砂工艺和多级闭合酸酸化固砂工艺,固砂效果表明,该固砂剂及配套防砂工艺非常适合青海油田中浅层细粉砂岩气井防砂,解决了该油田长期以来未攻克的气井防砂难题,取得了较大的经济效益。

Abstract:In consideration of the problems occurred in the production of moderate shallow fine siltstone reservoir in Qinghai oilfield, three kinds of corollary chemical sand control techniques including direct,fracturing and multistage closed acidizing sand consolidations are introduced,which use a modified furane resin agent for sand consolidation The results show that the agent and techniques are suitable to sand control of gas wells in moderate shallow fine siltstone reservoirs,by which the problems of sand control in gas wells existing over long period of time are solved with good economic benefit
