高炉热风炉用炉箅子的现状分析与讨论

摘    要:炉箅子是高炉热风炉的重要部件之一。分析了热风炉炉箅子功能演化过程;阐述了各种形式炉箅子、箅孔、支柱的结构特点和功能;介绍了炉箅子的材质及铸造技术;讨论了炉箅子的形状、结构稳定性以及箅孔的形状和大小对热风炉操作的影响;提出了今后炉箅子进一步优化设计的建议。

Abstract:Furnace grate is a main part of hot blast stove. In this paper, the function evolution of furnace grate is analyzed; the structure characteristic and function of all kinds of furnace grate, grate hole and stanchion are expounded; grate material and founding process are introduced; the influence of structural stability, grate shape and hole on the operation of hot blast stove is discussed; and some suggestions for optimizing design of grate are also put forward.
