| 摘 要： | 阐述了有的企业在质量管理工作中不顾客观条件的变化 ,而将成功的管理模式和经验“克隆”般的推广 ,最后落到一个“刻舟求剑”的下场。必须强调企业要根据自身资源、质量环境变化和产品特点 ,灵活变通 ,随机制宜地运用质量管理的战略战术和经验 ,贯彻应用性质量管理的思想 ,才能是质量管理工作。

| Abstract: | Describe some enterprises ignored the changed objective condition in quality management,but blindly imitate the successful management model and experience without regard to changes in circumstances.Enterprises should flexibly use the quality management strategy and experience according to their own resources,quality environment and product characteristics and put the ideas of adeptability quality management into effect. |
