| 摘 要： | 在当前的贫困大学生中．就业心理既有积极方面的因素，又有消极方面的因素，时有消极心理的贫困生除了政府有关部门、社会、家庭、学校进行帮助和指导外，更重要的是要善于自我调适，提高自信心，克服不良心态，树立正确的职业观，能在激烈的就业竞争中确定自己的职业取向。

| Abstract: | As far as the contemporary needy college students are concerned,the mental attitudes towards employment reflect many negative factors besides the positive ones.In addition to helps and orientations from the relevant government departments and social parties and families and college authorities,the needy students themselves should gain more confidence through self regulation,discard the unhealthy mentalities,set up in mind rational views on occupation,and take their own directions in the fierce competition of job hunting. |
