基于Java的企业协同办公系统开发

企业协同办公是公司信息化的一个标志，能够大大提高办公效率，进行资源共享并方便文件归档和管理，可免除人为的疏忽，且运算速度快，可靠性提高。企业协同办公系统通过互联网传递信息，使用电脑安全保存、快速计算、全面统计，实现企业协同办公的系统化、规范化、自动化。介绍了如何针对企业的实际需求，开发适合本企业的协同办公系统。该系统前台程序开发工具采用Eclipse环境，使用Java语言，搭建平台软件使用KenoahKA-2，后台数据库采用Oracle数据库。Eelipse是一个开放源代码的、基于Java的可扩展开发平台，它是一个框架和一组服务，用于通过插件组件构建开发环境。Java是一种跨平台，适合于分布式计算环境的面向对象编程语言，具有简单性、面向对象、安全、平台无关、可移植、动态性等优点。KenoahKA-2是本次开发选用的开发软件平台，可以提高开发效率。

DEVELOPMENT OF JAVA-BASED COLLABORATIVE OFFICE SYSTEMS

Collaborative office systems, as a symbol of corporate infomationization, can greatly facilirate advancing office efficiency, sharing information, and filing documents while eliminating man-made negligence, with its high operating speed, security and reliability. By transferring information on the In- temet, computerized information-saving, fastcomputing and comprehensive statistics, collaborative ofrice systems realize systematic, standardized, automatic cooperative business operations. This paper introduces how to design and develop user-oriented collaborative office system according to a companyg actual needs. The Collaborative Office System use Eclipse environment and Java Language as its developmental tools for front pand processing, Kenoah KA-2 for operating platform, and Oracle database for background programming. Eclipse is an open source, Java-based, extensible development platform, with only one framework and one server, building development environment through plug-in units and network componamics and portability, suitable for distributed computing environment. Kenoah KA-2 is chosen for the platform of software development.
