摘    要:分析了网格结构模具用4种不同的室温硫化硅橡胶的性能结果表明,该4种硅橡胶均具有较小的线收缩率及较长的凝胶时间,但加成型室温硫化硅橡胶较缩合型硅橡胶具有突出的室温力学性能、热稳定性及热线胀性能,完全满足用于制作网格模具的硅橡胶要求.

Abstract:Typical properties of four RTV silicone rubber systems for grid structure would were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that these four silicone rubber systems have low linear shrinkage and long gelalion time.However,addition type RTV rubber is of excellent mechanical properties at room temperature , higher thermal stability and thermal expansion property compared with that of condensation type rubber.Consequently, it completely meets a demand for silicone rubber mould of grid structure.
