增压式高压共轨系统用新型电控增压泵研究

摘    要:针对增压式高压共轨系统中电控增压泵的性能进行了分析研究,设计了基于两位三通电磁阀的新型电控增压泵,并建立了系统仿真模型,开展了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:新型电控增压泵能使电控增压泵的增压室压力峰值提高15MPa,控制耗油量减小35.2%,能消除增压室压力的振荡现象,且新系统实现的可调喷油率更有利于满足柴油机全工况优化运行的需要。

Abstract:Based on the performance analysis of the electron-controlled booster(ECB) of the augment high pressure common-rail system,a new structure booster with 2-position 3-way solenoid valve was designed and its system simulation model was established.The simulation results based on the model indicate that new type ECB can raise augment chamber peak pressure by 15 MPa,reduce the control fuel oil consumption by 35.2% and eliminate the pressure oscillation in the chamber.Realization of adjustable injection rate favor...
