摘    要:采用熔化极氩孤焊(MIG)方法,以ER5356焊丝作为填充材料,对轨道交通用6082铝合金进行焊接,并对获得的接头微观组织和力学性能进行分析测试.金相组织观察表明,接头焊缝金属区为细小的等轴晶组织,主要由α -Al基体相和Mg2Si强化相组成,而热影响区为树枝晶组织,晶粒有所长大.力学性能测试表明,接头的抗拉强度约为母...

Abstract:6082 aluminum alloy for rail transportation is welded by metal inert gas arc welding with ER5356 welding wire,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints are analyzed and tested respectively.Metallograph observation of welded joint illustrates that the microstructure of weld metal is fine equiaxed grain,which mainly consists of α-Al matrix phase and Mg2Si strengthening phase,while the heat-affected zone(HAZ) is composed of relatively coarse dendrite.Mechanical properties test shows that the tensile strength of welded joint is about 74% of that of the base metal.SEM observation indicates that the fracture surface morphology of joint presents the obvious characteristic of ductile fracture,and on fracture surface the dimples are fine and distribute uniformly.
