480t/h循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化调整试验及分析

摘    要:对某480 t/h CFB锅炉进行了以燃烧优化为目的的调整试验.通过试验调整,锅炉飞灰含碳量有所降低,提高了锅炉的热效率,电厂厂用电有所降低,明显减轻锅炉炉膛受热面的磨损情况,大幅度增加了锅炉连续运行时间,降低了运行维护成本,大幅度减少了检修费用及工作强度.

Abstract:Combustion optimization test is carried out in a 480t/h CFB boiler unit.By the combustion optimization test,carbon content in fly ash is decreased,boiler thermal efficiency is increased,abrasion of water cooling heating surface is reduced,continuous operation time is increased remarkably,maintenance costs are reduced,and overhaul costs and working strength are reduced remarkably.
