微波辐射在天然药用活性成分提取分离中的应用

摘    要:微波技术用于提取生物活性成分已涉及到几大类天然化合物(挥发油、苷类、多糖、萜类、生物碱、黄酮、单宁、甾体及有机酸等),具有设备简单、适用范围广、萃取效率高、选择性强、重现性好、节省时间、节省溶剂、节能、污染小等众多优点。

Abstract:Microwave radiation used in the extraction of natural active principles including essential oils, glycosides, polysaccharases, alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, steroids and organic acids was reviewed. The method needs simple instrument and can be used for the extraction of various compounds, with characteristics of high efficiency and selectivity, good repetition, less pollution, and saving time, solvents and energy.
