| 摘 要： | 将关键路径法具体应用于机械制造业,结合CAD/CAM技术,建立以机床为结点按工序流分配任务的AOE网络模型.通过分析,利用该模型可以有效的对承担任务的生产周期进行预测,对于承担离散型任务的企业,能够使企业充分利用现有的资源,更有效的对生产进行管理和控制,缩短生产周期.

| Abstract: | Apply critical path method to manufacturing, combine with CAD/CAM technology,the AOE net model is established in which take machine as node and assign task to machine according to process flow. Through analysis, the manufacture period can be forecasted by using the model , it could make the enterprise that undertake dispersed task exploit the exist resource fully and supervise the manufacture effectually, the manufacture period can be cut down. |
