摘    要:本文以工业结晶及相图理论为依据,针对冷分解—热溶结晶法制取氯化钾过程中,影响结晶产品粒度的主要因素进行了实验研究、分析了影响粒度的各主要因素对粒度的影响,并指出了生产实践中提高产品粒度的具体途径,实验表明,控制适宜的条件,可获得粒度达0.49mm,质量高达99%(干基)以上的产品

Abstract:According to the industrial crystallization and phase diagram theory,the main factors which affect crystal granularity in the potassium chloride production process by cold decompositoon-hot dessolve crystallization were studied in the experiment.The effect of the every main factor on granularity was analysed and the concrete approach to increase product granularity in the production was pointed out .It proved that the product with granalavity up to 0.49mm and 99% of KCI (dry basis) can be abtained by proper control condition.
