| Abstract: | The sources ofall kinds of impurities were analyzed in detail and the effective preventive methods and counter measures were pul forward in this article.It was pointed out that only by means of well provided facilities, strict rules and regulations, and constant employees' training, the impurities contamination could be prevented from polluting food. |
