| 摘 要： | 采用夹点技术对某30万t/a煤气化制甲醇项目的换热网络进行了分析,明确了渣水处理单元、变换热回收单元、低温甲醇洗单元、甲醇合成及精馏单元消耗公用工程的目标值和设计值,揭示了各单元的工艺优化方向和节能潜力。夹点分析结果表明:把整个系统集成起来作为一个有机结合的整体来看待,优化匹配的机会大大增加,节能潜力巨大。
