摘    要:
为解决糠醛丙酮环氧灌浆材料中糠醛毒性大、易挥发及刺激性强等问题.以低毒的苯甲醛代替糠醛与丙酮作为稀释剂,制备高渗透性环保型环氧灌浆材料,探讨稀释剂配比、稀释剂添加量对浆材性能的影响。当苯甲醛与丙酮配比为1.5:1、稀释剂添加量为40%~50%时得出最优配方,制备出的浆材颜色浅、黏度低、渗透性强,各项性能满足行业标准要求。

Abstract:
In order to resolve the furfural toxicity, volatile and strong stimulating problems, the epoxy grouting material is prepared with benzaldehyde instead of furfural as diluent. The factors influencing properties of the groutzing material such as the ratio of diluent, the diluent content are investigated. When the ratio of diluent is 1.5:1 and the diluent content is 40%-50%, the optimum formula is obtained. In addition to the excellent physical properties, the grouting materials have lighter color, low viscosity, strong permeability, and can be prepared by the high permeability environmentally friendly epoxy grouting material.
