高功率脉冲能源装置监控系统的研制

摘    要:针对脉冲功率技术中对Marx充电的能源设备及触发装置的自动化控制,介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的高功率脉冲能源装置监控系统的研制。系统采用可编程高功率交流电源产生连续可调工频电压,经过高压变压器及硅堆等装置变换为直流高压,对Marx进行双极性的线性充电。主控计算机通过RS-485串口方式对可编程交流电源及数字延时触发设备进行实时状态监测及远程控制,采用VB6.0软件作为开发平台,并利用NI控件等完成了能源设备的虚拟数字化调压测控和数字延时触发等功能设计。为了减小实验现场高电压、大电流等形成的强电磁干扰对系统的影响,系统软硬件都融入了可靠性设计。整个监控系统应用灵活、工作可靠、实时性强、操作简单,具有可扩展性,是脉冲功率装置中自动控制技术应用的有益探索。

Abstract:High pulse power technology is a rising technology in electricity physics.It has played an important role in natonal defence research during these years.This paper describes the construction and research of a computer control system for high pulse power driving supplies and a delay synchronizer,all of which were applied to high pulse power experiments,with virtual instrument technology and intelligent-fault-tolerance technology.Two programmable alternating current power supplies were chosen to produce adjustable continuous voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz in the control system.The output voltage of the power supplies was transformed into direct current high voltage by ghig voltage transformer and silicon diodes and so on.So the Marx generators were charged with ambipolar high voltage by an adjustable linear way.By controlling the programmable alternating current power and the delay synchronizer by way of serial interface of RS-485,and all the communications being fulfilled through optical fiber,the master computer can accomplish real time monitoring of the devices using in the high pulse power experiments.Visula Basic 6.0 was adopted as development tool of the software system.Controls of National Instruments were employed to fulfill the remote virtual digital control of the power supplies and the delay synchronizer.On the other hand,in order to decrease the influences on the whole system brought by high voltage and heavy current produced by the high pulse power experiments on operational site,reliability design was blended in the software and hardware of the system.The computer control system is manipulated easily,and it performs reliably,stably by rule and line.It has the currency and practicability in the field of intelligent control for high pulse power.Combined the principal of industry control with high pulse power technology,the control system fits the needs of development of high technology in the future.
