| 摘 要： | 本文对１９０系列柴油机时常出现排机油问题进行了分析研究．通过检测和试验对比，分析了１９０系列柴油机目前使用的各种活塞环的结构特点和性能指标；指出了活塞环排机油的主要原因是油环和扭曲环的结构、工艺以及性能上存在的质量问题；提出了提高和稳定活塞环质量的建议方案，试验证明该方案正确可行。

| Abstract: | Investigation has been conducted on oil leakage often taking place in series 190 diesel engines. Through detection and comparison test, and based on examination of the design fearers and performance index of the different piston ring packs currently used on 190 engines, it has been pointed out that the oil carry over was mainly caused by improper design, technology and performance of the oil rings and the twisted compression rings, and a solution to improvement and control of the piston ring quality has been suggested, which has proved correct and feasible via test. |
