摘    要:企业文化是一种具有品牌效益的无形资产,是一种潜力巨大的文化生产力,它对内增加企业凝聚力,对外提升企业形象。先进的企业文化,强调以人为本,具有思想领先、传承优秀、管理科学、人企合一与温馨和谐等特征,是企业经营者追求的终极目标。

Abstract:Enterprise culture is a kind of immaterial asset with the trademark effect and a cultural productivity which has enormous effects and great potential. It can increase enterprise cohesion and also upgrade enterprise image as well. Advanced enterprise culture emphasizes the importance of human orientation and is characterized by leading ideas, new concepts, succeeding to the excellence, advancing with the times, scientific management and advanced operating mode, which can realize the unity of employees and create a warm and harmonious enterprise. It is the ultimate goal to pursue for enterprise operators.
