混凝土工程施工中的裂缝问题与防治

混凝土在工程施工中占有重要地位。而混凝土的裂缝较为普遍,在工程施工中裂缝几乎无所不在。尽管在施工中采取各种措施,小心谨慎,但裂缝仍然时有出现。究其原因,对混凝土温度应力的变化注意不够是其中之一。本文针对裂缝问题进行研究,介绍了混凝土的裂缝分类,并从塑性收缩、沉陷、温度、化学反应、钢筋锈蚀、材料吊卸等方面引起裂缝的问题进行分析,提出了预防裂缝的措施,以减少混凝土在工程施工中产生的裂缝。

Problem and Prevention of Cracks in Concrete Construction

Concrete in construction occupies an important position. The cracks in concrete are more commonly,almost everywhere in the works although takes various measures in the construction,and careful,but the cracks are still there. The reason is that the concrete changes in temperature is insufficient attention. Direct to the crack problem,this paper introduces the classification of concrete cracks,and makes an analysis of the problem from plastic shrinkage,subsidence,temperature,chemical reaction,steel corrosion,material hoist and unloading est. aspetcs,provids the prevention measures to reduce the concrete cracks in the works.
