| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省是我国的粮食大省，粮食生产在自然地理条件、生产数量等方面都有着重要的优势。黑龙江省的农田水利建设起步较早，历史渊源较远，前期建设基础比较好，但在方向和规划等方面存在一些问题。继承前期建设的优点，借鉴经验，对黑龙江省今后的农田水利建设有很大的启示作用。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang Province is a big food-production province, it has an important advantage of the natural and geographical conditions in the food production. In Heilongjiang Province, the con- struction of water conservancy started earlier and had long history, the construction foundation is rich, but there are some problems in the direction and planning, and inheriting the advantages of pre - construction, drawing on the experience, for the future construction of water conservancy has great inspiration. |
