基于工作流的项目流程化信息管理系统设计

工作流是使业务过程的部分或全部自动执行的技术,如果用于构建项目管理系统,可提高企业和政府部门的,办中效率,并能有地重用项目成果和实施变更控制,从而实现对项目的流程化管理.本文以滨海新区项目流程化信息管理系统为例,介绍了基于工作流的项目流程化信息管理系统的主要功能设计及实现.该系藐的主要特色是采用了自行开发的适合滨海新区项目流程化建设的工作流系统,具有很好的灵活性和扩展性,且采用 Browser/Server方式,用户界面简单易用,并在.NET框架下实现了整个项目流程的图形化管理.
