| 摘 要： | 针对润滑油生产装置蜡罐搅拌装置和蜡泵前过滤器存在的缺陷，进行改造。采用三窄叶旋桨式与翻齿形圆盘涡轮式搅拌器组合结构，形成推进与破碎的环型流态，增强蜡液溶解度；采用旁人式简支方式的支承结构，以提高罐内搅拌轴的刚性和承载能力；对搅拌轴临界转速进行核算；以筛板过滤粗大的固体颗粒，使用永久性磁铁进行铁颗粒的吸附，用压力传感器实现智能控制加热排除堵塞。

| Abstract: | The revamping is carried out to overcome the defect of the paraffin pot agitator and the filter in front of paraffin pump in the lube unit. The agitator with combined structure of triple-narrow-blade propeller and toothed disk turbine is adopted to form a loop fluid for pushing and breaking, and the paraffin solubility is ennancea, Tne side-entering type bearing structure is used to increase the rigidity and bearing capacity of the agitate axle in the paraffin pot, and the critical rotation speed of the agitate axle is calculated. The large solid particles are filtered by sieve plate, iron particles is adsorbed by permanent magnet, and the pressure sensor is used to realize intelligent heating control and eliminate obstructions. |
