含氟乳化剂丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及性能

Preparation and Properties of Acrylate Copolymer Emulsions Containing Fluorine Emulsifiers

The acrylate copolymer emulsions which contain several different kinds of fluorine emulsifiers have been prepared. Their properties, such as surface tension, viscosity, PH value, solid content, have been investigated. The results show that properties of the acrylate copolymer emulsions changed greatly after adding the fluorine emulsifiers. Furthermore, a special series of acrylate copolymer emulsions with different content of FC80 fluorine emulsifiers have been prepared and their properties are characterized by surface tension, viscosity, PH value and solid content. It is found that when content of FC80 is 0.05g,the properties of the acrylate copolymer emulsions vary sharply. It is suggested that the suitable content of FC80 fluorine emulsifiers be in the range of 0.05g-0.1g.
